Luna Garcia pottery is handcrafted, signed and dated. The irregular
edges and variations in the glaze are integral parts of the design.
Due to the nature of the materials and to the human touch, it is
impossible, as well as undesirable, to make each piece "perfectly"
the same.
On matte glazes, metal utensil marks can
usually be removed with an abrasive cleaner, such as Comet. While
not made for freezer and oven, Luna Garica pottery is lead-free
and safe for the dishwasher and microwave.
Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Solid colors are often in stock. Decorative pieces and custom designs
will take longer.

in US dollars only.
All credit card processing is done through
an encrypted session between your browser and a secure server. The
technical term for this is SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, which is
an Internet standard security protocol. Credit card information
is also stored in a secure area of the site, and is not left on
the server once your order has been processed.
You will recieve an email confirming the
receipt of your order. If we have any questions regarding your order,
we will contact you promptly via phone or email.
You can cancel or change your order at any
time before final payment information is submitted on lunagarcia.com.

We offer complimentary gift wrap except during sale times
when a $5. charge is applied. This charge and your final sale discount will not appear on the
website check out page but will appear on the receipt you receive with your order.

You will need to place a separate order for
each address you wish to ship to. Luna Garcia's standard shipping
is United Parcel Service (UPS), which will arrive in approximately
one to six weeks. To expedite shipping, select Air Express rather
than Ground in your order. Custom orders will be made to order at
Luna Garcia, hence the 5 week delivery window. Feel free to call
